it is and it isn't its safe if the source tries to screw you over cause if you use a card you have proof you bought gear from him it isnt because the only way you can get your money or gear is to turn him in and then you would have to tell them why, you would be like " officer this guy wont give me my juice" and then he would laugh at you as he put u in a squad car.
