LATELY, i CANT EVEN DO ABS BEFORE GETTING CRAMPS, THE BACK OF THE KNEE AS WELL, REFOR, GANABOL, CLEN AND CYTOMEL IM USING, RAN OUT OF PRIMOS, I DRINK WATER, EAT WELL, IDEAS?

Diet will do that one to me. If your sodium / potassium balance is waaay off, cramps happen. In some people more than others, but it is a factor. Have you been taking any vite's or have you been dieting down? Fill a bro in with the details!

sounds like you need some potassium. add a banana to your shakes or get a supplement

Like the last bro said, bananna'a twice a day, or go get some sup tabs at a health food store.Personally Bananna's are cheaper and good for you too. Good source of simple carb's, fresh fruit's and veggies are good for ya!

You may be surprised it could possibly be your calcium. Try taking a couple of tums with calcium before bedtime.

Tried clen for about a week and woke up at night with the worst leg cramps I have ever had. Drank about 1-2gl of water a day and took potassium but still had no relief so I switched back to ECA. Clen was the only thing I was taking so I know that was what it was, went away in about 3 days after I stooped taking it.
