I'm not sure what's going on, I'm not doing anything differently in the gym except maybe using more weight on my lifts. My abs are now pretty sore along with my ribcage, even though I haven't worked them out. I'm just gonna take it and keep lifting. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I had the same thing last time I was on test. All I could think was it was either some sort of inflamation, my rib muscles were growing, or I was going much heavier and lifting with much more intensity so I was not used to it. It is going away since then. IP: Logged |
