Getting back into lifting and AS after a 12 year layoff. Got the AS but also got a fair share of body fat now....damn the ex-wife. Any ideas for dropping it fast(the fat not the wife already dropped her)....but safe.

I know you want quick results, but when you
drop it fast it tends to come back quick
also.(Not the wife)

run a ketogenic diet and use ephedrine and caffiene, 20mg E for every 200mg C and fuck those supplement blends you can get the real shit at the drug store No-Doz or Vivarin and Bronchaid tablets. Use this for a few weeks or more and evaluate progress. By then you will know if you need something harder, such as clen, but I think E works just as good. Work your way up the doses slowly and look into t3 after a while as well. Clean up the diet, get rid of the beer, hit a little cardio, and possibly get on some fina, winny, or eq to save muscle while dieting down if you're worried about that. Books about the ketogenic diet are available at www.qfac.com and they are Body Opus by Dan Duchaine, and The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald. It takes a little discipline and patience to lose good amounts of fat w/o losing muscle but besides that it's really easy. GOod luck and stay away from DNP for now.
