Not only is there more discomfort, but also more scar tissue. So here I post the size of needles we all use now and then. I don't know what you have smaller then 1 inch for measurement 1 inch equals 25.2 mm 18 gauge equals 1.2 mm or 1/20 inch 19 guage equals 1.1 mm or 1/23 inch 20 gauge equals 0.9 mm or 1/28 inch 21 gauge equals 0.8 mm or 1/32 inch 22 gauge equals 0.7 mm or 1/36 inch 23 gauge equals 0.6 mm or 1/42 inch 24 gauge equals 0.55 mm or 1/45 inch 25 gauge equals 0.50 mm or 1/50 inch 26 gauge equals 0.45 mm or 1/56 inch 27 gauge equals 0.40 mm or 1/63 inch 28 between 0.40 and 0.3 29 also 30 gauge equals 0.3 mm or 1/84 inch 31 gauge equals 0.25 mm or 1/100 inch So I firmy believe no one should use a needle bigger then 23 for an oil solution, even better maybe 24 or 25 if possible, not to suck up but to inject. As for water solutions as Winstrol, especially if micro refined I think 30 gauge is the way to go. I never used 30 gauge for Winstrol but it is worth the try. 27 for Winnie is far too tick since there is no resistance when injecting. I have the needles but ran out of Winnie for the moment. I do know that when you pull back with a 30 or 31 gauge blood comes in the syringe so this should not be any problem. (I sticked them in my veins to find out). Monster Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 50)	posted June 05, 2000 03:30 PM I regularly use 25's for oil solution. I just run the filled syringe under really hot tap water and inject. It feels wierd when the gear is in since you feel the temperature difference through your skin, but it saves me a lot of scar tissue (especially since I shoot a lot of delts)... IP: Logged
