12 Weeks is a long time on a diet. Get her off and feed her carbs fast. If she hasn't pass out yet she will soon. Add some toast in her breakfast with oatmeal. Some carb with a mid-morning protein shake. How about yogurt with that lunch. Good luck but I'll mostly likely a carb deffiency.

damn bro! That's shitty! I don't think she's eating enough either, from what you say, she isn't hardly getting any carbs. That shit will fuck you up over so long a period as 12 weeks! I'm not a doctor, but i'd say b-12 and try to get her to just take in carbs. I think the dizzy spells are from low blood sugar like you said...just get her to the doctor ASAP. Good luck. marauder out.

Try eating carbs that are low on the GI. Carbs that are lower tend not to cause the insulin spike that forces glucose to be stored as fat.

If she can eat, medium rare steak, and a baked potatoe. But she should see a doctor, no doubt. I hope she will be okay!

definitly more carbs... especially in the morning... have her eat some fruit cantelope, bananas or something like that early on in the morning. It will probably increase her weight loss for she will have more energy when it comes time to work out...

her calorie level is wayyy to low....and you mentioned nothing about water consumption....is she properly hydrated....i would have her go to the doctor for a physical....a 12 week diet consisting of only those foods could leave her deprived of many nutrients as well,,,,she needs to eat...soon....a well rounded meal...

IS SHE ON WINSTROL? WHEN I WAS ON WINNY I GOT DIZZY AND ALMOST PASSED OUT ON SEVERAL OCATIONS!! I WAS EATING THE SAME WAY, BARLEY ANY FOOD!!!!! AND BARLEY NO CARBS!!!!

WHAT HAPPENS IS THE LIVER IS TOO BUSY BREAKING DOWN THE WINSTROL AND CANT BREAK DOWN OR PRODUCE INSULIN RATHER! THEREFOR YOU GET THE HYPOGLUCIMIC (SPELLING) SYMPTOMS,
WHEN THIS HAPPENS EAT SIMPLE SUGARS ASAP, DEFF INCREASE HER CARB INTAKE ASAP.

IM ON WINNY AGAIN NOW ,BUT CHANGED MY DIET AND HAVENT HAD THESE SYMPTOMS AT ALL SO FAR!!

AND IF SHE IS NOT ON WINSTROL BASICALY THE SAME TYPE THING CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOUR CALORIE AND CARB INTAKE IS NONE EXISTANT OR TOO LOW!!
INSULIN SPIKE....! LACK OF ENERGY....YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN A DAYDREAMING STATE...DIZZYNESS....FAINTING! THERE ALL SIGNS OF BLOOD SUGAR / INSULIN LEVELS /DIET RELATED PROBLEMS!!

GET SOME BLOOD WORK DONE ASAP, AND EXPERIMENT WITH GIVING HER SIMPLE SUGARS WHEN SHE FEELS LIKE SHE IS GONA FAINT (CANDY BARS ETC)

GOOD LUCK!

Mr. Guns.....

It sounds to me like she has deprived her body of sufficient carb intake for too long. The body requires around 50-80 grams (depending on body size, metabolism...)of carbs daily just to properly maintain normal neurological functions. Trace carbs are not enough to meet this demand.

The remedy for her health concerns can only be found in moderation. You can't jump from one extreme to the other. I suggest starting with a small amount of carbs....some toast, crackers, oatmeal, rice...whatever complex carbs you can get her to eat. Gradually increase carb intake daily.

In the future she will find better overall health and fat reduction success with carb cycling. If you want some thoughts on finding this balance after she's well, drop me an email......I'll do anything I can to help.

My thoughts are with you both for a speedy recovery........let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Mr Gunns,

Myself and several of my friends and family have had a virus recently that have caused the same symptoms that you described. I was nauseated and very dizzy for about two or three days. Then, for about a week, I felt very light headed. I called the doctor and he said that there is virus was going around. It has effected each one of us differently as far as how long the dizziness has lasted. I would bet that she has the same thing that we had. Hope this helps.

MR. T.G. 12 weeks on the same very strict diet could cause nasty things to your body try tell her that, just aint the way to go.
if shes into looking better, being healthy is the 1st step.

i'm hoping she'd start filling better soon, i'm no exp but as posted before ,from what you've posted, changing her diet could be the key (more calories, more mineralls & vitamens wich would probably mean also faster metabolisem)

Hey buddy I would have to agree with most of these posts. She is not getting enough carbs. I know alot of people stay away from bread but try to get her to eat a baegle or two through out the day.
I had a similar incident dieting for a show, I was on insulin, and when I started to carb deplete the same thing happened to me.
It is very dangerous when the glycogen levels in your brain are to low it can cause permanent damage.
Get her to eat something(carbs) right away.

Good luck.

Sounds like not enough carbs, ie low blood sugar levels. Get her diet more in balance between proteins and carbs.

Good luck.

The Bros nailed it man...she MUST have some type of carb intake, and have her take one day about every 2 weeks to just carb load for a day..it will not kill her figure. If anything it will help it dramatically.

It really sounds as if her blood sugar levels are waaaayyy off...get her to the doc and tell her the Brotherhood is praying for her.

Best of luck,
WCP
