![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have been on a cycle of deca and test and I have gained about 15 solid pounds of muscle. The thing is when I weigh before I lift I weigh about 206, after a few sets I weigh myself and I will weigh 207 or 208. I have done this a few days in a row and the result is always the same. I know I am pumped after a couple of sets and I look bigger, but where does the extra weight come from? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From the water you're drinking between sets. And from the scale not being accurate. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Do you wear your weight belt and other accessories when you weight between sets? That adds about one pound on my weight. ------------------ IP: Logged |
