Before workout oatmeal with some protein mixed in with it. After I fix a big meal so that would not be quick.

Pre workout, I like a mixture of simple and complex carbs, such as oatmeal and fruit, along with a protein shake. Postworkout, try to get 50-100 grams of high glycemic carbs, usually in a post workout drink, to replenish your glycogen stores. Then, soon after, you want to get 40-60 grams of protein, preferably one that is easily absorbed, such as whey or whey isolates.

Well it doesn't taste great but it does the job: can of tuna and a 'dry' potato (I microwave it) Gonna need some water to wash it all down.

meal prep time 7 mins.

1 c skim milk
1 apple

2 scoops of cell-tech

15 minutes later:
8 oz skim milk
1 isopure MRP
1 box fat/sugar free jello

2 scoops whey with 4-5 scoops ultra fuel

same after with more carbs
