![]() ![]() ![]() Pre workout, I like a mixture of simple and complex carbs, such as oatmeal and fruit, along with a protein shake. Postworkout, try to get 50-100 grams of high glycemic carbs, usually in a post workout drink, to replenish your glycogen stores. Then, soon after, you want to get 40-60 grams of protein, preferably one that is easily absorbed, such as whey or whey isolates. IP: Logged |
