The only info I have is about mexican Vitamin B12 Chemical name: Cyanocobalamin Trade Names found in Mex: Neufor(human) Super Vitamina B12 5500(vet,5500mcg/ml 5&30ml bottles) Hdroxo & Cyano(vet, 20mcg/ml 10ml bottle) H&C is not a good choice being that the concentration is so low. This is mostly used for appetite stimulant and some say deca is better but, many claim it gives them great energy if inj before working out. There was a post or 2 a week or 2 ago on this, if you need some extra info. Females&Males: 11,000mcgs(2cc of Super Vitamina B12 5500, or 550cc's of Hdroxo&Cyano) eod, 1 week on, 1 week off I have never used any, nor have I seen any. I plan on getting some in the near future for experience and knowledge. Anyone up for a trip? Just kidding, I will probably make it on my own. IP: Logged

bstrong Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 275)	posted June 05, 2000 04:20 PM well i think B-12 is the best inj. but i know there is also a B-6 inj. getting B-12, try doing what i've done go to your doc tel him u dont eat any fish meat ant eggs (that's where B-12 comes from) and trainig hard and filling kinda weak, my doc gave me a blood test first, even dough my b-12 was normal she gave me a prescription (it's really cool i'm thinking of asking the nursh to give me also my sus shotes) if not i've also got a lot just going into a farm supplier-told the nice lady i have an old sick dog, and she gave it to me no probs. if u ever visit mex i know i could get there but i'm afraid that's not my erea. hope this helps, bstrong.
