![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Do any of you get really sore on a consistant basis? I've been working out for more than 2 years, and I try to vary my excersises every 6 weeks. The next day I'm sore as an mf. It usually goes away by the next day, but this has been happening for over 2 years- It used to never happen to me at all, but now I'm 40. I'd appreciate any response from any geezers like myself. Thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think it's normal for anyone to be sore a couple days after their workout. And I also think that as you age it may get worse. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I get sore. It's normal try to take a few days off, Like after a monster leg day. You need to recover, and I think with age the speed that you recover @ slows down. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() CM-Watch who you callin a geezer you young whipper snapper! It depends what kind of soreness you're talking about. If it's muscle soreness it means that you're working it right. Especially since you change up your routine so often, which is good. I have had the soreness since my early 20's anytime I work out intensely. It still happens now and I feel good about it when it does. If you are talking about joint or tendon soreness, thats a different story. You don't want it.....especially at your age. HA. IP: Logged |
