guys, i'm at 14% bodyfat. i don't know how this happened, but it did. I've got a contest in three weeks and i have to be at most 7% bodyfat. I'm taking deca/winstrol/primo depot/eca.
i've been dieting for a week and i've only lost two pounds. I'm 5'11 218lbs. bros- any help would be much appreciated.

Do another show instead, one up the road a bit. If you attempt this one, you'll be one of "those guys", you know, the ones that think they look good enough to be on stage, but in reality get laughed at. Don't be one of "those guys" dude. Do it right.
BTW, MOST folks diet from 12-16 weeks, so what were you thinking?

Sorry Bro,you can't do it.I know you don't want to hear this but the last 21days is for fine tuning only you should be dialed already.RG is right you don't want to be 'one of those guys' that is painful for us to watch on stage don't embarrass youself keep dieting and find a competion somewhere close to the end of summer!!!
PS I havn't used PGF2A or DNP so I can't suggest these,if you were 10 weeks out,instead of 3 weeks they would probably be beneficial.and you would have some time to try them out.Dieting takes time.GOOD LUCK....SAMM

i think you guys missed the point.
i'm doing this show. and i'm going to get down to 7% bodyfat. I've got three weeks and i don't care how much muscle i lose.i'm asking for suggestions....

Good luck Bro? I'd rather keep the muscle. Just don't resort to crank or some other stupid shit. You might get hooked, and lose everything you've worked for for one show. It's not worth it in my opinion.

guys i'm thinking about cutting calories below 2000. 70% from protein.

Billy,you can't even get the right drugs in your system in time it isn/t going to work!but your heart is in the right place.find another contest in 10-12 weeks. there is more to precontest dieting than lowering body fat percent(think about it,it will be worth it 100 times more!)....SAMM

Cut the deca out of your stack. start doing cardio 1 hour every am before you do any thing else. no carbs after 5:00 pm cut calories 15%. do this and you should be fine.
get some lasix for the last 2 days if you don't want to do that go the other route taraxatone natural lol. Use the mirror not damn calipers or whatever to measure bf. if you do this and you are already a legitimate 14% then you should be fine.

I would totally agree with the others and wait till you are really ready, but if you insist, tell us the dosages of gear you are taking, complete diet,workout, cardio, ect.
It would be of help to know these things to try to salvage what muscle you already have.

twisted- blow me.
I train six days a week....very intense right now...cardio 3x a week for 30 min.
i'm taking 50mg of winny ed.
i'll be taking my last shot of deca in four days. (200mg)
i'm taking e/c/a
look guys, i could care less if i win the contest...but i said i was going to do it so damnit i will. i asked for help not criticism.I've got 3 weeks and 3 days to do this.I really need to know how many calories i should be consuming. I'm 5'11 218lbs.

billy if youre desparate i suggest to you
week one 1 hour per day cardio, 2500 cal
week 2 2 cardio sessions 45 minutes each 2000 cal
week 3 2 cardio sessions 1 hour each 0 carb
1500 cal one day next day 2000 cal alternation.
adipokinetix,triax if possible or md6.
remove the deca,include halotestin 20mgs a day.

This is something you should have had all worked out before you ever started this diet. You are 3 weeks out and only doing 1 1/2 hours of cardio a week.....you really need to learn alot more before you jump into this.
I know you want a magic answer, but in all honesty there is so much more you need to know and do before you ever try to compete.
Not trying to bring you down, just do yourself a real favor and totally prepare yourself for a show down the road. You will kick yourself in the ass later for the mistakes you make now.
Sounds like you have some good size already, don`t waste it with some last minute crash diet.

Bro, these guys have a point. Don't give up the hard-earned muscle for this show. Definitely cut the deca and maybe switch out with some EQ if you can get it. You'll need a good anabolic if you're diet is going to be that restrictive. Make sure to eat plenty of real food and don't rely on that whey protein all the time either! Bump up the cardio to an hour a day at least. Better yet, split it up into two 45 min sessions. One in the Am and one in the PM. Also, Watch out for cutting all the carbs out for the last three weeks. You'll stagnate if you eat no carbs. Try cycling the carbs every few days to keep the body guessing. Hope this helps!

Thomas, the only thing you could drop a lot of in that time is water. Get some Lasix and a potasium suppliment. 10-15lbs of water retention reduction can have dramatic effects on what you see in the mirror! And get of the gear now. All gear make you retain some water. When i come off, after several weeks i lose all the water and look and feel great. Nolvadex can make you look a little harder too.

10 Clenbuterol tabs a day.
i did EQ & DECA on last stack.
build up from 4 per day till on 10 per day
drop carbs ASAP !.

get SLOW K Potassium tabs for last 2 weeks.
1 per day for 1st week.Dont take more or you will get bad guts.

2nd week
day 1 - 1 tab 3 time per day
day 2 - 2 " " " " "
day 3 -3 " 3
day 4 -4 " 3
day 5 - 4 " 4
day 6 - 5 " 4
show day 5 " 3

i lost 9kg's in last 2 weeks for my show.

go on fruit for a couple of days.
grapes ,apples,bannanas.
Small amounts per day.

do cardio twice a day 45 min stints.

keep cardio going right up till 4 days out.

last 5 days out have a sauna every day.
3 to 4 hrs in there will help !
