![]() ![]() ![]() Anyone ever use the ABCDE diet? Just read about it makes perfect sense to me. If anyone out there has used this please post some results and comments good or bad. The more info you can provide me about your experience the better. I'm also interested to hear if anyone used this with AS or had better results with any otc supplements. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have tried it, and I must say that it really is great! However, the point with the ABCDE-diet is to manipulate your hormones (T+gH). It is desingned for natural people, not for AS users. If I were you I would use the ABCDE-diet in the off cycle and on cycle I would eat big every day! /Komo IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() It's a calorie cycling diet. Sounds pretty awesome and if it turns out to be the real deal i'm sure it's gonna be real big in the weightlifting community. Here's a link to where i first heeard of it. It's basically a 2 week bulking cycle followed by a 2 weeks diet phase. 2x2x2. http://www.musclemedia.com/training/abcde/v58_abc1.asp I think it's gonna be big. l8r IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah Komo I know what you're saying but i was wondering if any brave people ever tried it while cycling a high dose 2 week AS cycle and then followed up with some cutting AS or some clen or something for dieting. I don't think i'd do it with short AS cycles but i'm interested to know the results of anyone that has. Peace [This message has been edited by Latimer (edited June 04, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I tried it a few times and got some results, I think i kept about 2 pounds after each bulk and cut phase, i just had a hard time consuming as many calories as i needed for two strait weeks and then keeping it that low for two more, it worked for me but i just got tired of the yo yo diet, definately for the natural athlete. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hey guys i heard about this abcde diet about 2-4 years ago in musclemedia...it was really hyped even in Bill Philips Sports Supplement review which is strange cos the abcde diet doesnt involve u taking myoplex, hmb , neurgain or any shit like that. bill mentioned it for a couple of issue, then bam, never heard of it again. testosterone mag claimed that many poeple had tried it but jsut got fat on it, so testosterone.net made their own version of it...the thing is, if it really was that effective, why isnt everyone talking about it now? If it has worked for anyone, great, i cant wait to try it....just make sure you are able to cut in teh dieting week otherwise you will blow up liek a blimp and lose it all when trying to diet...yes ok you can use winny or something when dieting the only thing is that is going to mess with your hormone levels, and the whole point of the diet is tha tit relies on natural hormones levels cos they ARE meant to reduce down during the dieting week.....if i were you id read teh reveiw done in testosterone mag cos all i am saying is that if it was all it was cracked up to be why arent muscle media advertsiing it now (unless its because no one will then bother to buy their products anymore!!)...ahhh life is a vicious circle! the guys at AST say it doesnt work, but then agian they may just be product pushing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i tried that stuff, didn't work for me. i just got fatter. i think if you really want it to work you got to go at least in 4 week cycles. 4 weeks bulking and 4 weeks cutting. ------------------ "The race is long and hard... and in the end, it's only with yourself." Myoplex Light was made for this diet. It disappeared, because too many people gained fat on the bulk phase. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cockdezl is right.. And Hashmo, Myoplex Mass was also made for this diet. And Bill hyped Cytovol and Betagen for the cutting phase and Phosphagen HP for the bulking phase. I tried it naturally way back when, and I bulked upped my gut and ass while simultaneously cutting my wallet to ribbons!!! SO I guess yes it works. IP: Logged |
