Yes you can inject 500mg of sust at one time. You can inject sust through 25 gauge pin if you heat the gear prior to injection, but some prefer the larger 23 or 22 gauge. To heat the gear use hot water, a microwave, or stick it near a light bulb......be careful not to boil it.

What is your cycle? If you're doing 500mg per week, I suggest one 250mg injection every 3 days.

Yes, 500 is fine for one shot, although if that is your projected weekly dose, some people would recommend you spread the shots out to take advantage of the prop.

I never use anything smaller than a 23, but some guys say they go as small as a 25.

I felt sick for about 4 days just after my injection and I have heard people say that before... Maybe it's your body adjusting to the new hormone levels..

Ive heard of people saying that they get sick after injections but I have never. I guess its individual. But yes 500mg is fine in the glutes and thighs, maybe alittle too much for your delts though..
