I plan on taking 50 mg of win eod. What is the best time to drink it? (morning, before bed, how many hours before workout,etc.) I need help. I usually workout around 5:30 pm and I am currently taking some dbol. Please help a brother out. IP: Logged |

I drink it all day long,like say over 8-10 hours.I figure this will enhance absorption and help maintain even blood levels.If I was doing Dbol,I might take like1-2 with each meal(5-12/day)and 2more 1/2-1 hour before my work out.I don't like to drink it or take anything else after 5 cuz I can't sleep when I'm all jazzed up.Manana...
