What the hell,,, I have long arms and am pretty big all over except my arms the muscle I assume are very long-- Kinda like basketball players arms ,they are 19 inches but they just don't look huge like I want them too.. any arm routines that work...wonders? IP: Logged |

Naughty, its not unusual for every athlete to have a stubborn body part. One that for some reason reacts and necessitates a different plan of attack. Here is where experimentation and patience come into play. Plan on going 180 degrees with your arm routine. You'll see a difference with time. ------------------ IP: Logged |

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GET THEM SORE DO FORCED NEGATIVES ON A STRETCHING, FULL RANGE OF MOTION EXCERCISE LIKE THE INCLINE BENCH DUMBELL CURLS, OR EVEN BETTER, PREACHER CURLS. HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU WITH THE LIFT, AND THEN FIGHT THE WEIGHT ON THE WAY DOWN. AS SLOW AS YOU CAN GO. I TOO HAVE STUBBORN BI'S. BELIEVE ME BRO, IF YOU PUT SOME BALLS INTO THIS TYPE OF TRAINING, INTENSE TRAINING, YOU WILL BE SORE AND GROW. TRY ABOUT FIVE SETS, AND THEN FINISH UP WITH ONE OTHER EXCERCISE OF FIVE, LIKE CONCENTRATIONS, WITH A BIG SQUEEZE. OOOOH! IT'S GONNA HURT! LET ME KNOW THE AFTERMATH. Bro I had the same prob w/ bi's. my tris would get huge and bi's wouldn't even burn. you have to experiment for yourself but what helped me was drop the weight and concentrate on FORM. ya you feel like a pussy curling the 20's but when you keep your elbows back pretend curn your hand up to the bottom of your shoulders those fuckers will burn. just keep your arms back and when you curl dont let your hands come abouve your delts or your elbows forward. you'll find they will get stronger quick and you'll be tossin around the 60's in no time IP: Logged |

Try reverse grip bicep curls.....? Either on a machine or DB. Keep the back of your hands towards your body and get a full stretch at the bottom of the movement. I prefer the machine myself and use straps to aide my grip. Also if your tri's are not fully develpoed, you'll never obtain great guns. BPP IP: Logged |

I have the same problem Naughty. I can work the shit out of my bi's, but they have NEVER been sore! If they aren't sore there not growing!
