Get a weight you can FORCE 5-6 FULL squats with and do 5 sets with this hard ass you can grunt yell whatever it tkaes to stay at 5 reps for all 5 sets. then go down a little to a wieght you can use for 5 at this level of fatigue and to 4 more sets on the last 3 superset it with leg extensions on either a cybex or strive macine is available. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Take if from someone who skipped them for too long in favor of leg presses and the like: You don't squat, your legs won't grow! I dropped the weight and really focused on my form. The bro's and board, epecially bignate, helped me with positioning and stretching so that I could do them properly. I was crippled for 3 days after my first real squat session in a couple of years. Squats are what makes your legs grow....period! Drop your balls to the floor and watch your quads grow! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hehe. i sometimes feel like i left my sac on the floor too. definitely bros. hit the squats with a weight you can use to the floor and you'll see. you may be embarassed at how much you can actually squat. i can only get about 225 now for 10-12, but im doing them right. feel alot better now. my hams and adductors hurt alot but the quality and shape of my quads is getting better. now if my ego will heal....hehe. I started dropping my weight and literally hitting my ass on the floor(if your knees will take it). My legs began growing instantly!!!(little sus and deca helps too!) ------------------ IP: Logged |
