I DO SQUATS LEG EXTENSIONS AND LEG CURLS, NOW SINCE IVE BEEN ON A CYCLE FOR 4 WEEKS I CAN SEE A LITTLE GAIN IN MY LEGS. EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT SQUATS ARE. BUT I GET MORE OF A PUMP WHEN I DO LEG EXTENSIONS ARE THE SQUATS THAT IMPORTANT????

The Squat is the most important movement!
There is no other exercise that will put on muscle like it.

I hate them too, but if you want big gains you MUST squat! at least once a week.

try this for legs hehe it fun...
Get a weight you can FORCE 5-6 FULL squats with and do 5 sets with this hard ass you can grunt yell whatever it tkaes to stay at 5 reps for all 5 sets. then go down a little to a wieght you can use for 5 at this level of fatigue and to 4 more sets on the last 3 superset it with leg extensions on either a cybex or strive macine is available.

Also try charles poliquins Nausia workout its great for a change and makes you sick and sore.

ALL COMPOUND MOVEMENTS HEAVY: FULL SQAUTS, NOT THOSE HALF RANGE MOTION THAT I SEE ALL OF THE TIME, DEADLIFTS, WITH YOUR LEGS, NOT ALL LOWER BACK AND HAMS, AND FOR SHAPING AND MUSCULAR DENSITY, WALKING LUNGES TILL YOU FALL OVER. AND BY THE WAY, A GOOD PUMP DOES NOT EQUAL GROWTH.

Take if from someone who skipped them for too long in favor of leg presses and the like: You don't squat, your legs won't grow! I dropped the weight and really focused on my form. The bro's and board, epecially bignate, helped me with positioning and stretching so that I could do them properly. I was crippled for 3 days after my first real squat session in a couple of years. Squats are what makes your legs grow....period! Drop your balls to the floor and watch your quads grow!

hehe. i sometimes feel like i left my sac on the floor too.

definitely bros. hit the squats with a weight you can use to the floor and you'll see. you may be embarassed at how much you can actually squat. i can only get about 225 now for 10-12, but im doing them right. feel alot better now. my hams and adductors hurt alot but the quality and shape of my quads is getting better. now if my ego will heal....hehe.

THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS. I KNOW YOU CATS ARE RIGHT. ITS JUST THE BOTTOM LINE IF YOU WANT GROWTH IN THE LEGS YOU GOTTA SQUAT. AND SQUAT CORRECT. A MENTOR OF MINE ONCE TOLD ME "DONT PRETEND YOU DONT KNOW OR THAT YOUVE FORGOTTEN, THE TROUBLE WITH YOUR LEGS IS YOU AINT BEEN SQUATIN"!!!!!!!!

hehe well i guess m a pussy then.cuz i dont do squats. i prefer Leg Presses, smith machine front squats and finish of with leg extensions. and im growing
oh yeah..and for hams i do stifflegged deadlifts and leg curls

I was in the same boat bro. My legs wouldn't grow, and i was still doing squats. But i was only going to parallel. I started dropping my weight and literally hitting my ass on the floor(if your knees will take it). My legs began growing instantly!!!(little sus and deca helps too!)

if you have chicken legs SQUAT AND ONLY SQUAT DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY ON ISOLATION MOVEMENTS, do 10 stes of squats and be done with it! GO DEEP
