I was in my gym yesterday doing Bi's and I was talking to some guy who had some pretty decent sized arms. He said his Bi's recover fast and he does them EOD or every two days if they feel sore....does this work or will my bi's just get smaller?

That sounds to me like overtraining....bis are by far my best bodypart at 20-21"...even when on gear I never more than 9-10 sets once a week...

that cannot be done man. and besides. my arms are the most sore 2 days aftr ive trained them

That'd be overtraining. Once a week (about 10 sets) to failure. Maybe twice a week if they feel good enough, but if you're working out hard enough they should be sore for two or three days.

If it works for him then he's a freak, no normal person would grow off that, unless you were overtraining on purpose then resting for weeks.

In Arnold Schwarzenegger's The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. Biceps are worked out Tues./Thurs./Sat., thats everyother day untile your rest day Sunday. I go by one of these workouts and add extra exercises for my length weak point in my biceps.
