If you had to choose, while on the gear, between training a muscle part twice a week instead of once or training a muscle part really hard (more sets, forced reps and partials etc) but only once a week what would be the best choice? Jarabbit IP: Logged |

I keep my cylces light, one body part a week works best. The big dogs take enough juice to workout twice a day everyday. IP: Logged |
