I've just completed week 5 of my cycle, and here's my latest report card:

I made some mid-cycle adjustments last week. I was injecting 1cc of sust every other day, and now I'm doing 2cc's every 3 days. I carried the reforvit for one more week, today is my last day. I started Ultragan last Friday at 2cc's (200mg) every 3 days.

start: 245 pounds
week 1: +10 pounds (255)
week 2: +18 pounds (263)
week 3: +23 pounds (268)
week 4: +26 pounds (271)
week 5: +30 pounds (275)

My blood pressure has returned to acceptable levels....155/83 on average. I increased my water pills from 2 to 3 per day to assist with shedding a little more water retention, and subsequently bringing my blood pressure down a little more.

I am very excited about the progress I'm making!! My strength is incredible, I'm still seeing steady gains in all movements. My size is really coming along well....family, friends, and co-workers are all starting to notice and comment. can you believe that some family members still insist I'm not natural

On the down side, fighting acne has become a constant battle. They win a battle here and there, but thanks to tanning and Neutrogena, I'm winning the war!!

Another side effect......my dress shirts don't fit anymore...hehehe!!! It takes awhile to get that top button on a 18/35 shirt

I'll keep you posted.....I still have 7 weeks to go.

Way to go SSman!!! Sounds like you are making some amazing gains -- I'll be happy if I put on half of what you've gained now over a whole 10 week cycle!

I've really been focusing on my diet during this cycle. I've found success with 8000 calories per day, and adjusting up as I gain. I'm cycling my protein intake from 400-550 grams per day.

hey SS...up to 550 a day in protein...the gas must be horrifing.

I'm taking 250 a day and I wake up in the middle of the night gagging from my own vile under-the-covers aroma.

After my arm discussion from yesterday, I finally went out and bought a cloth measuring tape......now you can see how much my arms are lagging

chest 52 1/2"

Exactly how much of the weight you have gained is actual muscle as opposed to maybe water retention or fat? No flame intended, I'm just curious how much lean muscle mass one person can put on in that time period.

Scooby....I've kept my water retention to a minimum by taking diuretics. It was the only way to keep my blood pressure in a safe realm. I started the diuretics 2 weeks ago...hence the slowing of weight gain. I've depleted much of my water retention, and my body fat is now 1.3% lower than when I started my cycle. Not that I feel I've had a significant reduction in body fat, but with more muscle mass......the fat makes up a lower percentage of my overall weight.

Delts......thanks for the great feedback!! I try my best to relay my experiments, success stories, and my failures for everyone to learn from. Feedback like that makes it all worthwhile!!

Bignate.....you can't avoid me in the gym......hehehehe!! I'm everywhere....literally
