STATS- 6"2" 248 31yom-thighs 231/2-calves 17"-waist 41"-chest 48"- arms 15"- forearms 13". this my first cycle ever, my goal is to put on some serious muscle, i am serious about this shit, so please no flames i don't like fire,LOL YOUR HELP AND INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. wk. sus. eq. dbol clomid 1 500 6/d eodx8wks 2 500 5/d 1ed 2wks after 3 500 4/d 4 500 400 3/d 5 500 400 3/d 6 500 400 7 500 400 8 500 400 9 500 400 10 500 400 some of you guy's already looked at this and it's to much for the first time, some said they couldn't tell w/o stats so here it is please help i am ready to do what it takes. if this is not good or to much, please give me your suggestion's on the first time for the first timer. thanks guy's. sorry this is so long------- ok i changed the doses see what you thank about this. ------------------ [This message has been edited by wannaBbig (edited June 04, 2000).] IP: Logged |

I'd probably wait a little longer to start the Eq, maybe the 4th week, then use it till the 10th week. that should help solidify your gains. IP: Logged |

Maybe start d-bol with 6 tabs and then taper to 3 tabs. Start your eq around the fourth week and extend to two weeks post-cycle (shit another bro just posted that sorry). Other than that, sounds like a good cycle.

I don't feel you're using too much gear. The cycle looks good with the following tweaks.....cut back on the dbol to 6 tabs daily, and taper down to 3. Don't taper off the sust....it's self-tapering. Wait until week 4 to start the EQ, and kick the dose up to 400mg/week. Use clomid every other day throughout the cycle....good luck!! IP: Logged |

I agree, I dont think its too much gear. Dont taper the sus..as said above, and I dont think 40mgs a day of dbol would be too much. I would however hold off on the EQ as said above..until later on in your cycle, or even until you start cutting if it is directly following your bulking phase.. Later, IP: Logged |

Here's a simple concept wannaBbig. If you take 1000mg for your first cycle, then the next one you get on, you'll have to increase the dosage inorder for you to grow. Your system get use to extra testosterone really quick. I am in my fourth cycle and my dosage is not half of yours. 400mg per week is what I am taking right now. Slow gain, but I don't have a yo-yo effect. So start low and work your way up. Or else you'll hit a plateau really quick. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I would not go over 500mg for your first time. I just started my cycle and it is 500mg Sus250 for 8weeks with D-bol for the first 4weeks. I have not decided on what I am going to add after week4 I think EQ, Primo or Whinney. But I will run it out for 8weeks starting from week4. for a total of 12weeks. This is my third cycle but I have not been on a cycle in 10 months. Just don't fuck up like I did, I tried to start about two months ago. I went down to TJ and did my first shot and then it was four weeks before I could get back down there. I decided to wait till I got all my shit to start with and took an extra month off to get that shot out of my system. L8R IP: Logged |

Not to make you feel bad but your stats tell me you are not too good of shape. Have you been working out at all? Go get a physical and check esp blood pressure/cholesterol etc and make sure all squared away. Be real healthy and fit before gear. Always think in terms of your health. IP: Logged |

Im not trying to flame you or anything but, you already are big!! If you ask a moderator, they'll tell you you're definitely using too much. I agree that you should use less test and d-bol but it seems to me, w/ those small arms...you're fat...so you want to lose that first...my friend will be the first one to recommend dnp...he lost 65lbs on 3-1wk cycles of it but it does flatten your muscles, so I suggest using it after this cycle. you picked the right stuff to use on a cycle for mass, however if I were you...I'd use winny/deca/primo/EQ which will help you drop fat and gain 15lbs or so of muscle...the main thing is...u need to drop fat to look ripped and big...big just doesn't cut it anymore...but since you're going to do it anyway...at least try the cycle above for your next one... for your sust/dbol/eq cycle try this wk sust dbol Eq clo clen 1 250 5 2 500 6 3 750 6 - 1eod 4 750 5 150 1eod 5 750 4 300 1eod 6 500 3 400 1eod 5t/day 7 250 - 400 1eod off 8 - - 400 1eod 6t/day 9 - - 300 1eod off 10 - - 150 1eod 6t/day 11 - - - 1/day off 12 - - - 1t/day 5t/day I only taper the stuff on...so your body gradually gets used to it and nothing bad happens because some people can have reactions to different drugs...I taper off because I like the pyramid cycle it works the best for ME...I do it for sust so my body is left w/ the same small % of each test of sust that it started w/ IP: Logged |

LPB, you shouldn't tell them to pyramid the sustanon, it's a waste. If yer planning to hit 750 mg's go 750 from the start allt he way through, there is no need to taper down and no need to start with a small amount. What he had up there was good, 500 mg's all the way through. IP: Logged |
