Taking Tryptophan before sleep raises growth hormone levels a great amount. E2 was the one that got me interested in tryptophan to begin with. I remember reading about it in some of his posts. I'm sure that he has a lot of research articles and knowledge about it. IP: Logged |

petty, Do u use 3grams of trysine in the morning to get the reversed effect? I just use Trysine about 2 grams before a work out! -BW ------------------ IP: Logged |

I haven't found any really assuring reaserch as to the growth hormone thing. Not that I disbelieve, I just haven't seen proof. Now, as far as the sleep thing, when I use it I wake up feeling stiff, as in "I just slept like a fucking rock" stiff. I liked it so much I bought a kilo, and will buy more. Puc IP: Logged |

Do you mean Tyrosine? I take it sometimes when I'm feeling lethargic, or when I'm dieting. I don't take it everyday though, because I think it might start to lose its effectiveness. Tyrosine also improves the effectiveness of an E/C/A stack. IP: Logged |
