I like to go easier on friday. I do chest and tris on monday, back and bis on tuesday, legs wednesday, shoulders thursday, and light arms on friday, and eat, drink and sleep on the weekend IP: Logged |

I never do legs on Friday, need to able to dance on Friday nights. I just got back and burnt out the arms and shoulders, nothing like a good pump and come out and it's 85 degrees out. I think I'll go to the pool now, cause I'll be Big Pimpin..... IP: Logged |

Ultimate Orange does give you a kick, but the new Ultimate Punch gives you a fucking kick in the balls. I've only used it twice on days I was tired and holy shit. Only drawback is that I was juiced for hours afterward, slight shakes and then...crashed hard. God damn, almost 3 and I still have no fucking energy. How the hell can that happen in the middle of a sus/deca cycle???? IP: Logged |

I am sitting here stalling right now cause I am due for leg day and it always kicks my ass. I'll be wasted tonight but am married so I don't need to go dancing.. Not me bro's, i got shoulders today at 6:00 and i love'em,I guess thats why their disproportionately bigger than the rest of me.By the way i have to work tomorrow and i'm married so i'll just stay home and watch t.v. tonight........damn it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well I use to have lagging leg development. Well I cured it by hitting them 2 times a week (usually mon and Friday) real hard. Add plyo drills and those legs will come along nicely. Worked for me. A real bodybuilder doesn't just have a big chest or arms, he has huge legs also!! IP: Logged |

I did legs on Friday. I have been real tired lately, hot with a need to sleep. Think its a small bug. I got up to doing 315 LBS for 14 reps, that is good for me. I was real proud of it. Today I got up to only 245 and could barely get out 10 reps. Breathing real hard and my legs were shaking like I was in an earthquake. A poor work out leaves me feeling kind of down or something. Amazing how much my psyche is tied in with my workouts now. IP: Logged |
