yes...the 3 best spots to inj in order are glutes ( upper outer quadrant). quad, ( upper outer quadrant)...and delt....i believe the glute is the best spot...least nerves- blooodvessells, and most room for absorbtion IP: Logged |

i dont' like to shoot test into the quads, all my test goes in the glute, the pain can get in the way of my training IP: Logged |

You can inject into your quads, but sust is pretty thick. Be prepared to be sore. The best way to get over it is to work the muscle you put in soon after the injection. It will help speed up absorption. IP: Logged |

hey guys i allways inj in my quads and biceps and triceps no problem at all,i inj 500mg omna every third day and it works for me!!!!!!! IP: Logged |

I started to use my quads as an inyection site, but did some sus250, and it hurt like hell, and as E2 said can get in the way fo your training, right now jsut inyect the Ultragan, Denkadiol in my quads, the sus now in my butt. take care IP: Logged |
