![]() ![]() ![]() If you are shaking like a leaf, cause u are cold are u burning more fat, than sweating in hot weather? And why are all those strong man contest dudes from Norway, Scandinavia, Sweden (cold weather?). Exception: South Africa, I suppose. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes shaking in cold weather makes you burn a lot more energy than when you are sweating! Actually when you are sweating your body wants to lower your bodytemp. Shaking is a way to rise your bodytemp, which requires energy (fat). I am pretty sure there is no connection to the weather when it comes to the Strong Men. It`s about genetics, ability to consume enourmous amounts of food, determination and roid access. /Komo IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() All those strong dudes from the Alpine countries have the best physical genes in the world besides people of African descent. I'm not some social darwinist but I really think that some regions have better physical and mental traits. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You see i think it has more to do with that we all have nothing to do during the winter, so we all go to the gym and lift. Can't really go outside, unless you're skiing or playing hockey. So get to the gym and get huge. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree with Komo, in that the same theory applies to if your in freezing water, a more muscle bound person will reach hypothermia quicker than a fat person! and there for die quicker! because there is less fat , and the body cant increase the body temp, the way it would on a person with more BF... i saw that on the discovery channel! ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I live in Texas and its hotter than a Russian whore house. Try getting much of an appetite @100 degrees outside, and fuck me, I have to work outside 3 days out of the week. No big appetite= no big gains. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I always tend to eat more in cold weather. I guess that could help me to put on some muscle. IP: Logged |
