GETCUT, email me and I will point you to a very good source for fina, fina is not a controlled substance, it should be but they excluded cattle implants so as to not make it any harder for the farmers. You can order Fina no problem as long as it is not for human use. You can order it from the US and they will ship it to you COD, or you can pay with your credit card. Everything is legal.
