I have been having my carbup after my week of bodyopus and checking my blood sugar and it has been as high as 199, does having high blood sugar mean that your more likely to gain fat? IP: Logged |

 Any large increase in insulin in the body resulting from high blood sugar will temporarily shut down the body's fat burning capabilities..yes..on the other hand you will stay fairly anabolic. Later, IP: Logged |
