hey guy's thank's for the input: i am 31 6'2" and 248 been lifting for about 12 yr's not a real big guy but not fat, just solid. i want to put on some serious muscle and not alot of weight, so what would be the best for me to do my first cycle? i know i can't get hugh over night but i want to get big and i will work hard doing it, i am tired of being just big, i want to muscle up and try to keep the gains while doing it, your help will be greatly appreciated!

As they say test is best....or try some primobolin if you don't want to put on too much weight.

ya, try the primo... if you dont want to gain anything!!! since you dont want to blow up, dont go too high on the test (and ya, i know this isnt popular saying that here), use some eq or a nandralone, you will keep your gains for the most part without much fussing. stack with a mild test dose and you will do fine... but hey, thats decent size you got now, remember to come off the stuff right and not be on too long or you will end up in my boat, wishing you were 250 again.
