I know a lot of dudes who drink a lot and are still way bigger than me.. But I tell you that I havent drank for 2 months while juicing and you feel 100% better..... Once or twice a month will not hurt your progress but it sure as hell can hurt your self discipline if ya know what I mean....YOU DONT NEED IT... I personally think smoking w@#! is better if you have to have a head change but some people mike disagree.. To each his own IP: Logged |

I'd rather take E on a cycle becuase it actually increases my appetite (people FREAK OUT when they see how much I eat when rolling) it doesn't effect aromatase and if you take 5-htp after then you can still train the nest day. just me. IP: Logged |

Technically I must say I don't know other than my own personal experience but drinking is catabilic your body is so busy trying to supress all the alchohol in your system that it does not have time toi worry about growing. So the answer is YES but like I said it's not the all that ends all there are plenty of people whos body will still grow nonetheless. As far as w#$@ goes I just do it occasionally after a workout and take a nap your body needs the rest anyways, but try to avoid it until your head really needs it... IP: Logged |

With the friends I hang out with it is impossible not to drink, especially when you are going from bar, to club etc...I try not to drink but that doesant happen so I would suggest for you to only drink lite beer and if you are taking any orals definitley dont drink liquir b/c that would even put more stress on your liver. Drink lite beer to advoid unnessacary carbs and cals and I always drink a protein shake when I get in for the night. IP: Logged |

And don't forget to take your milk thistle and methionine before and after a bout of drinking, even if you're not on orals. Not only eases the burden on your liver, but reduces any chance of a hangover considerably. ------------------ IP: Logged |

This is a good topic. I try to limit drinking to one and at most 2 nights on the weekends when I am on. Alcohol definitely has an effect on hormone levels. Taking milk thistle is obviously a good idea because of the incredible stress on the liver on juice to begin with is magnified by alcohol IP: Logged |

When you drink you put more stress to the liver, you already have it working overtime to process all the AS that you are taking, try to avoid beer it's an estrogen helper, I drink when I'm doing a cycle just try to avoid when ever you can.

It definitely stresses the live more. I too have a hard time not though with the friends I have. If you do stick with Coor's Light or something else weak. It definitely inhibits gains, hell it hurts gains even when not on AS. IP: Logged |

I don't really think its very detrimental if done in moderation(2 days a week)! However, I have rolled a couple of times while cycling and I am much weaker and less motivated afterwards! Won't do it again while on! IP: Logged |

I always go out drinking once a week, even when on. I just take it a little easy. (6 pack instead of a 12 pack)I dont think it fucked with my gains although I do feel weaker the next day do to the dehydration. I look awesome the day after though since alcohol works as a diuretic. I just try to wack back water, pizza, and aspirin when I get home from the bar to lessen the harmful effects. Works for me- IP: Logged |

drinking is fine on a cycle so long as it is in modoration. For me it would fuck up my cycle and I would feel bloated and slow. Alcohol does inhibit groath. Period POW ------------------ IP: Logged |

here what i think i have read that good old maryjane will increase fat cells in your body if you toke to much of it...as for beer ...beer is nothing but empty calories --what i mean by empty ..is there is nothing good in it...why do you think they call belly's beer guts....because alot of it will give you 1..its nothing but calories and carbs..but they are bad carbs...as far as extasy goes whenever i have tripped i always feel my muscles melting away..that is why you have to force yourself to eat ..at least a protein shake....it will help you temendously.....beer,and maryjane make me eat....and x...kills my appetite... so i feel that alcohol in some way definitly will fuck with your muscles....it will give you beer muscles...lol peace romeo some people call it heart IP: Logged |
