I read about a beginners cycle in PUMP magazine. 200 Mg of deca every 5 days for 30 days. i am 20 yrs old, 165, 5'8. what kind of gains will i get. do i have to worry about gyno? hey bro - that dosage is just enough to inhibit LH production. up it to 400 mg/ week. Nandrolone is proven to be a progestin. This fact is of clear importance in bodybuilding, because while moderate Deca-only use actually lowers estrogen levels as a consequence of reducing natural testosterone levels and thus allowing the aromatase enzyme less substrate to work with, Deca nonetheless can cause gyno in some individuals. Furthermore, just as progesterone will to a point increase sex drive in women, and then often decrease it as levels get too high, high levels of progestogenic steroids can kill sex drive in male bodybuilders, though there is a great deal of individual variability as to what is too much. the only drug avail to prohibit gyno from deca is winny at appx 50mg at least eod. deca is easy on the hair but the winny is not. but low dosages of winny should not be a problem. you should take clomid throughout though to keep your nat test levels up. you shouldnt take deca without a testoserone to go along with it or your cock and balls will see major shrinkage. try stacking some sust 250 with it, then take about 100mg of clomid per day for two weeks starting about a week after your last sust and deca shots. and be sure to have a little nolvaldex handy in case your nips start to get sore (gyno). you can take a deca cycle w/o test provided you use winny to keep the progeterone levels down and use clomid eod during the cycle to keep your LH production up. also - deca will not make your dick shrink bro. IP: Logged |
