alright everyone knows i juiced in a few and only a few cycles and im in pre-med...yata yata yata...im natural now because i want to wait til i get older + family is worried and all that bullshit. well here's the deal. IM really depressed right now. I can't get motivated anymore. I haven 't juiced since march, i weigh 170 am losing fat, but i still look bloated (stomach is big, but i can see almost all my abs the stomach just sticks out)and also Im gaining nothing (muscle wise) i think at least, acne isn't going away anymore, and im not really going up in weight. I bust my ass and i get tired now fast and all this other bullshit and still i finish my workout. I just feel like i don't want to lift anymore. and the feeling really sucks!! so...i guess what im asking for is some motivation...if any of you can help it would be greatly appreciated. or any helps to any problem that i mentioned above. thanks IP: Logged |

this is awful but you might want to look into Tony Robbins. Skiplacour.com is really motivating for the natural trainer as well. I have had similar feelings as this and I bet everyone else has to. You need to get over this because you don't want to end up a hypocrite doc or a fat member of generation couch-potato. We're all behind you man, so don't give up. I usually think about all the women I will soon get and that helps me thoroughly. IP: Logged |

dude, being the pharmaceutical head that I am I will suggest you take some Retalin! dude I have tried it and Retalin will make the most stupid task seem fun! you take some before you go to the gym and you'll love the gym and get a lot out of your work out. don't abuse it tough!!! IP: Logged |

I'd take two weeks off and eat whatever the fuck I wanted and not even think about the gym. The only exercise for two weeks should be bangin' some chick (or Rosey and her sisters) After that, go back and start fresh. ------------------ IP: Logged |

O.k this may sound dumb, but you could... -trian at a dif. time of day? -find a new gym for awile? -i would say get some new work out clothing but i love my raggaty sweater! -bring someone eager to learn to lift, and show them the ropes. (the eagerness wears of on you.) simple answers not so simple problem IP: Logged |

we all have those phases where we just say fuck it, I'm not growing one bit. I definitely agree with the bros above. Change a couple of things around and it will get interesting. If you are still not motivated, take a week or two off. That always helps me. <<<<<<<<<<EAT SLEEP LIFT>>>>>>>>>> IP: Logged |

Hey man, I never said that Skip Lacour was natural, I said that he provides motivation for the natural trainer, and he does. I have no idea what he takes nor do I care. I only wish I could be as conditioned as he is, using or clean. I think he provides a good service and gives a lot of good training, supplement, and eating advice for the newbie or naturals. thanks everyone...i like the idea of bringing someone in to show them the ropes, i think the biggest problem I have is I don't ever have a partner to spot me. I just ask a friend or someone to do it on the things that i need spots on, but no one is there to push me. I already changed gyms since school ended so...im heading to the local bally's or something... IP: Logged |

I think everyone goes throught that phase more than once. Just think of all the effort you put into your workouts, do you want all that hard work to slip away from you. I would take a week or two off like geerhed said, and then come back hard. IP: Logged |
