![]() ![]() ![]() My nephew is 10 years old and a cancer survivor. He had whole body radiation and a bone marrow transplant when he was 4. He is a little light for his age and is in a youth football league and would like to gain some muscle and weight. Is weight training OK for him at this age? If so, what type of routine can you recommend? I've also gotten hold of some AS for him, is it safe if i give him some in small amounts? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What are you RETARDED, the kid is only 10 years old, why would you even take that risk, are you like one of those crazy hicks from the west????? Let him do what he wants, maybe football won't be his future.... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey man I am not sure about the ages of patients, but I do know that anavar(oxandrolone) is used for AIDS patients to promote muscle growth,in the wasting syndrome portion, and promotes protein synthesis. I would definitely ask a medical expert(read doctor) to see what the age limitations are first and foremost, you don't want to go messing with that child's life! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'd start him off on a mild cycle of sust/dbol/deca like this wk sust/deca 10 Dbol a day for 1st 5 weeks. This is pretty mild but should work great for a ten year old...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() sorry I called you a RETARD bro, ok here is a good cycle that your 10 year old would work well with. I guarentee that every high school team would want to pick him up, ready..... Sus250 @ 1000mg per week for 10 weeks The last 2 weeks (11 $ 12) you should cut the dosages in half, dont forget to give him clomid eod and then HCG at the end. I'll be happy to see your kid on the news for being the worlds strongest 10 year old! And if none of this pleases you just give him some growth when he reached the age of 12!! Good Luck and e-mail me if you need the stuff :-) IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for the info, guys. His father just wants to give him the opportunities he never had (My brother has always been weak and not into sports because of it.) I'm looking forward to anymore comments. Thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would reccomend HGH and insulin, they should be perfect for a ten-year-old cancer survivor. After all, he is "a little light". [This message has been edited by GEERHED (edited June 02, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() man i'm laughing my ass off over the cycles you guys posted...korupt, i hope you know a 10 yr old should never even consider roids, you gotta be crazy to even consider something like that. All he needs is good nutrition and a healthy, active life style like any other kid. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() They will stunt his growth, prematurely close his growth plates, cause a huge hormonal imbalance at a time in his life when they're already going to start going nuts soon. Now that said, anavar is prescribed to women and children, for APPROPRIATE REASONS. I don't think if he's a little underweight that you should be putting him on juice. It's not a good idea at all. Get him in the gym, sure, very basic slow movements, no squats or deadlifts until he's older. Light workouts, get him to learn fundamentals and form first. DO NOT PUT HIM ON STEROIDS. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() E2, you know your stuff, but maybe not when it comes to kids. Weights, even light ones can cause some strange problems with ligaments and tendons in youngsters. I would rather see the lad engage in more "fun" activities that would build his strength and coordination without the negatives involved with weight training. I would start by having him row a galley or work in a coal mine. When he is a little older (11-12), have him go to work on a fishing boat during crab season. If he resists this kind of fun, sew him in a sack with a badger. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey doc savage...weren't you at the arnold classic w/ those weird machines that stimulate growth?? I have some of those brocheres in my room...anyway... dude I wish you were my dad... however 10 is way...WAY TOO YOUNG and those cycles they posted above are too powerful for me right now... if you want him to get bigger buy him some protein and make him eat 1g/pound of his weight per day and 1.5 on his training days....at the most!! try to get a good tasting one. feed him healthy stuff and i wouldn't even use weights at that age. just start him off w/ push-ups sit ups dips and running. wrestling and martial arts would help too. and weigh him 1x/month as soon as he gets up in the morning to check progress...juice is bad....let alone for teens!! ![]() ![]() ![]() dudes, E2 is right...dont get the kid hooked on gear at age 10...wait a couple of years. j.k. Seriously, if there really is an underweight and overall smaller size, think hGH first BUT only doctor assisted (a real doc not a gearhead doc)!! I would think that a dr. may consider it reasonable seeing as to the health background. Being smaller and weker than your friends at a young age can also play psychological problems later as well (that was one reason for me hitting the weights). Wish I had hGH when i was younger. Please no AS for him! IP: Logged |
