If you are using creatine that could be causing it.

Anyhow, drink lots of water and increase your potassium intake.

I get those sometimes. Are you getting enough water? If you are working them very hard, the cramping is almost normal ...... stretch before and after calf workout and
then stretch again. I hope this will help you a little. I have had some nice calf cramps
myself they can leave big bruises if they are
bad enough.

Drink about 2 gallons of water a day. Especially if your traing hard. That should solve your cramp.

You could use Magnesium and Selenium, that worked for me, and I thank my doctor for it.

Yep increase you water, but unlike what most people think, your potassium should not be low unless you are taking diuretics. Most leg cramps in healthy people are cause by low calcium. Try this, take 2 TUMS with calcium at bedtime. It has worked for me and a few of my buds I had do it.
