I recently bought hydroxycut because I read how great it was on this sit. However when I got home I read on the back that people with seizure disorders shouldn't take it. Since I have epilepsy, of course I was concerned. My question is, can anyone explain to me the reason this is dangerous for me, or has anyone on the site, who has epilepsy, ever taken any type of ECA product IP: Logged |

Hey man call a pharmacist or see your doc. You don't want us fucking around with your health. One of my best friends was a badass Marine and it was his life and he had a seizure and they kicked him out and he was crushed! Don't risk it here talk to a doc or pharmacist, surprisingly they are actually pretty knowledgable. IP: Logged |

Ephedra lowers your seizure threshold, in other words, you are more likely to have a seizure if you take it. One thing to consider is how controlled are your seizures. Definately talk to your neurologist before taking the stuff! IP: Logged |

i just talked to my neurologist. He told me the reason I shouldn't take any ype of ECA stack is because ephidrene and caffeine are stimulants which, when combined, cause hyperactivity in the brain, which can increase the risk of somebody having a seizure. thanx for all the replies. IP: Logged |
