You really need more info. for a quality answer, that is. How long have you been working out, how much do you weigh, body fat etc... gaining 20 lbs is not that difficult. the hard part is keeping it.

I am 18, and 180 pounds. I work out every day, but not super hard. I begin hard lifting in a week, and wanted something to help me along. IP: Logged |

work out "super hard" then come back in 3 years. Most of us waited at least this long with serious training before thinking about AS. Do you eat 6 times a day? Drink a gallon of water a day at least? How about creatine, glutamine, vitc,e,a, 300g+ protein a day, keep track of your workouts in a log book, train smart and recover, stay out late and not get enough sleep??????? Answer these and look at your current program/lifestyle. At 18 you could probably gain 30 pounds and keep it all naturally if you get some smarts and dedicate yourself to lifting, growing, and football. IP: Logged |

Dude don't fuck this up your right at the age where you don't need gear, no matter what you think, I know where your coming from, I used to dirt bike alot when I was your age, best shape I was ever in my life, till now, but I'm 44 now and now to even break the plateu I was at, juice is what it takes after 4 years of lifting, your not there bro and count your blessings, I only do a cycle three times a year, and may knock that back to 2 times. I'll bet there are US senators who use more then me, and house rep's who do too, but politcians are infamous to say do as I say, not as I do... Fuckers...I'd like to see a drug bill that tests every single state, federal, county, and city employee for any type of illegal drugs and even prescription drugs just to set the record straight...Then throw them out of office if caught..and into drug treatment too max out their exposure to the media and general public. Hey Diver, so am I, here's to the deep blue sea bro... [This message has been edited by Rich1 (edited May 31, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Bro....to answer your post, D-Bol, Sustanon, or Omnadrene will blow you up quick....BUT at 18 years old you will fill out and by the time you're 21 or 22 will be 30 pounds heavier than you are now....just work out hard as balls, and eat 6-8 meals a day, take a good weight gain powder, and don't even think about using roids until you are into your 20's at the very least. Listen to the bros here. You are too young at 18. Until you have worked out super hard for a few years you shouldn't even think about gear. Even when you are on gear you still have to work out very hard for them to work and get the results that you want. ------------------ IP: Logged |

listen to beastmaster and the other respondents. if you take gear now, you'll be 23 years old, 5 foot 8 inches tall, bald, etc., you've got all the building blocks you need running through your veins right now. Gear will merely shut them off too soon. It would be a big mistake, for which you'll pay for the rest of your life (gees, that sounds ominous). I don't mean to scare you and I'm not speaking from personal experience, but even as a newbie, I've read a lot of posts and you really should wait. Anything you can get OTC, on the other hand, may help you out and won't harm you like AS would at your age... Just my 1/50th of a dollar. IP: Logged |

Not much older than you bro! Be smart, and do your research before coming on a board like this and looking down the steroid "route". At 18, gdamn I was making the best fucking pumps naturally in the gym, not even steroids could top that anabolic effect I had working out intense like that all the time. All you want now, is a great fucking diet and a quality protein powder on the side also, not to mention some really good workout routines everytime you hit the weight! Steroids are an "assist" something you won't need or want til your alittle bit older! Take it from me and the rest of the bros here....be safe! oh yeah...and smart too! ~BM~ ------------------ IP: Logged |

13Special, Listen to what these guys are saying! They're right. I was a scrawny 160lb at 5'10" in high school my senior year of football. By the time I graduated I was 180lb. I hit the weights hard after the season and during college, no A/S. By the time I was 21 1/2 I was a lean 200lb. Work your ass off in the gym, you'll see results. Remember, train heavy and you will grow. IP: Logged |

Dude you could listen to these guys if you want to and not take juice but my guess is that your playing high school football and you want to tear shit up this year. Your probably a senior right? Well if you are and you want to be juiced up for the 2000 season go for it!!!! I did it last year!!! Shit man me and my boyz in high school did our first cycle at 18 right before our senior year, all the seniors before us did the same thing and we won 2 state titles, when we were the seniors we went 11-0 and also won the state title for the 3rd year in a row. Trust me bro there is no better feeling in the world then winning a state championship and having some cheerleader suck your dick at the victory party. This is what me and my crew did.... Deca @ 200mg per week for 10 weeks This should get you good for the summer sessions - some of the bros on this board might not agree with me but dude if your state champ contender fuck it and go for it! Try sticking with the low androgenic steroids like Deca, Winny, etc. I would avoid the testosterones in your case. ------------------ George George Spellwin

3% Milk- 10 gallons per day 4lbs of butter per day
Go do some research. Read this board and any books you can get your hands on. Read about diet and nutrition and then someday you will be able to answer your own question. With such little knowledge about juice, doing a cycle now would be a big waste. If you are new to the game you could put on 20lbs in 3 months naturally no problem!!. IP: Logged |

Dude i know how you feel about the state championships. i was there two years ago and won it for the sec year straight. there is no better feeling but steriods at 18 is not smart i knew some guys the got fucked up and couldnt play. They were tested! Dont take the chance especially if its your senior year. Train hard and take creatine, eat a ton of protein and you'll grow. Get intense on the field. Trust me it will be better knowing you did it without out help from steriods, you still have alot to grow. Of course this is just my 2 cents worth! IP: Logged |

Dude, I know it's not what you want to hear, but wait til you're in your early 20's. I graduated at 5'11'' and 135, played flanker and we lost in the state championship game. Now I'm 175 at 23 and just started my first AS cycle. Get the protein powder and some creatine and you should be able to put on a good ten pounds with the right diet. I know it's hard dude, I've been there. IP: Logged |

Hey, honest truth, when I was 18 I was 110 lbs and I was lifting and eating everything in sight. Wait. Trust all these other guys. I was able to add 40 lbs naturally in 4 years. I'm almost 30 now, and I still question sometimes if I'm ready to juice, or if there's something left in me naturally. Currently 160 @ about 11-12%. Hang in there dude, and eat like a MF. You'll get there. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well everything has been covered here.....the only thing I would add is that you do need to design a workout program that includes several sets to FAILURE! If you're not working out "superhard" as you say, then you'll never get to where you want to be no matter what you put in your body. Good luck. delts ------------------ IP: Logged |
