Brothers, this suppliment can do you some serious good, it's natural ingredient in unprocessed food which we never get enough of now a days in our diet's. The compound is a source of bioactive sulfer, the 8th most abundant element of our bodies. It was discovered by the same Dr's who discovered DMSO and is a direct spin off of their research, it's water soluble, and should only be be taken as a tablet orally, or mixed with water and vitamine C at the same time. It helps your skin look younger, and keeps all of your tendons and cartilege soft and all connective tissues, it's really helped my shoulders, and it's just plain good for you all the way around, BEST SUPPLIMENT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT!!! I will take it every day for the rest of my life, good for for your joints muscles, your skin, it's a great product, just look up a key word of: MSM, on the your search engine, and you will find it all over the web. I CANNOT STRESS HOW BENEFICIAL IT IS, give it a month and tell me it doesn't work, I swear by it. No more sore shoulder's at all. What a relief!!!

I used it with in a combination with glucosomine. Noticed little if any benefits. I was however using GNC brand and I am convinced GNC brand products are not very effective.

I'm planning on giving this one a try over the next couple of weeks. I've not had good results with most supplements, but L-Tryptophan has restored my faith.

How long was it until you noticed the effects?

Well bro's it takes time like most dietary suppliments the longer you've been short on a element the longer you have to suppliment your diet with the element your short on. GNC is way over rated, and over priced. I use the purist MSM avalilable with Vitamine C as it boost's the effectiveness in your body. Glucosamine and MSM is not clinically proven alone to be effective, my twin brother swears by it and so does my Mom, who is a real disbeliever in this stuff, she used to take Glucoseamine and Chondrotin, but now she's swears by MSM and Vitamine C. This stuff just plain works. I got a pound of it for $28.00 a pound, worth every penny, my shoulders and my brothers ached like hell for YEARS. No more bro's, it's effective and it really works, don't be fooled by anything but pure MSM and vitamine C, take your regular vitamines while useing it of course...Eat well bro's diet is so importent!!!Yeah BABY!!!
