![]() ![]() ![]() I am still not as lean as I want to be, but I have some DNP on the way, wouldnt a week off do me some good as far as recarbing, and jump starting my metabolism, I was gonna do about 2 days of cheating and then a couple of days of just normal food around maintenance calorie level. I have been doing bodyopus btw. I also just stopped a short 2 and a half week T3 cycle. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Even up to two weeks before competing i would eat something bad on occasion. your body adapts to strict diets and this will slow down the gains. The approach is to throw it a curve every now and agian and cheat. This actually increased my metabolism IP: Logged |
