stay consistent with the cardio, you will lose weight if you stay with it for a long time.

thats quite an amount of cardio you are doing.
i would of thought weight would be falling of you with that amount of cardio.
how intense is it?
sweat should be dripping of you.
keep at it , it will come!

if your juicein then you wont see the scale go down, it will more like either stay the same (with the cardio your doing) or go up slowly , but your BF will go down! go by the mirror man. The reason for this (if you using AS) is that your burning fat, and keeping the muscle you have (wich is y your not loosing Lbs), and slowly puting on new lean muscle. If you werent doing cardio you probably would have gained more weight!
And if you werent using AS you would have lost a ton of lbs but alot of it would be muscle loss. follow?

I am cutting right now.... 50mg EOD of equipoise (Fort Dodge)I started 2 weeks of clen... dropped 10 pounds clean.. drinking 1 gallon to 2 gallons of water a day... Now I am doing 4 weeks of ECA and then 4 more weeks of Clen...

I am not cutting as hard on E/C/A. Lost about 3 to 4 pounds in a week..

Btw: I am lifitng 3 days a week.. and doing cardio 5 times a week for 45 minutes..

Strict diet... not more then 30grams of carbs after 4pm.

This is my first cutting experience and I think its going well...

Arminius.

Look, just because I'm durable doesn't mean that I like getting shoved out of airplanes.
