![]() ![]() ![]() It's just my opinion but as long as you mix it in with a lot of clean food, with your current goals it can't hurt to eat a pb & j sandwich or two. Probably not 5 though. You might want to focus on making the bread a bit healthier. Personally I stay away from wheat. Throw in a glass of milk and you're set to grow. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Although peanut butter has alot of protein, it also has a ridiculous amount of fat, jam or jelly is loaded with sugar, and as anyone knows, sugar is converted to fat if not burned....so unless you have a fast metabolism and are a skinny guy who just can't put on size I'd stay away from PB and J...you'll just pack it on in the mid section. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There is really nothing wrong with a daily PB&J sandwich as long as you combine it with a good protein source. I use low fat-low sugar Peter Pan PB and light smuckers jelly. 1 sandwich is about 10 grams of fat with around 45 grams of carbs. With the sandwich I drink a shake containing 40 grams of a whey, milk, egg white blend. This gives me complete 450 calorie breakfast. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() whats wrong with eating unclean on a bulking cycle so what if you gain fat thats why its a bulking cycle.personally i live in mcdonalds when im bulking and i do eat atleast 3 pb&j sandwiches a day,and maybe 5 big macs,fries,sodas and everything else but the kitchen sink.then i hit the gym, bench 415,curl 170,squat 515 ,and deadlift 600.its great.then come summer time im on t3 clen lipokinetix winny eq and primo with some test and maybe halo and im ripped as fuck.ive been doing this for 3 years and it always worx.i find that my boys who insist on eating clean year round dont get results like mine and theyre taking higher dosages of gear..you gotta have calories man! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() try instead mixing 2 tlbsp of pb in your protein shake.. The fat is good for you in moderation and especially if you use the protein to balance out your insulin. It tastes good but 5 a day and you WILL put on more fat than you want trust me. Or try one a day with your protein shakes. But eat clean throughout the rest of the day chicken, cottage chees, tuna, etc.. and the one sandwich can do wonders just by adding some extra calories and unsaturated fat and the little amount of protein helps too.
