![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ok heres the deal, ill be getting off a light cycle soon with some NICE results. not going by weight just the mirror. ill be coming off SOON. people say hop on the creatine blah blah blah. i HATE the stuff. seems like i just get PUFFY on the stuff and makes me eat too much, anyone ever hear this??? think i sould do something over the counter, something like a ECA stack(never tried it) and eat ALOT of protein??? i prepared myself to face possible loss of some gains and the "withdrawl" ![]() thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Use l-glutamine...tablespoon(30-45min) before and after lifting and lowr your creatine doses down to 5-10g/day to retain less fluid. Remember though, alot of your strength gains are derived from increased intracellular water in the muscle. So, if you were doing some heavy gear you'll probably drop off hard and high levels of creatine would help keep your strength up as much as possible. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hey bro, i would really recommed to get ya some creatine, it will help maintain your size and strength, the only time i get really bloated and puffy from creatine is when i take cell-tech, i would stay away from that, just get some efferesent creatine, make sure you drink plenty of water, the more water you drink, the less your body will store.
