Hey, do you think that I can sort of mimic the thermo effects of dnp or clen if I wear one of these suitsat night while I sleep. I live in a hot humid area I don't want to risk it. Clen is useless for me. I did up to 7 a day. I tried 5 tabs at once and I didn't feel anything? No fireballs please. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Could be that they were bogus? IP: Logged |

I had two different brands. (From different manufactures). Maybe they were fakes or I wasn't taking enough. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Did you get them both from the same hook-up? IP: Logged |

When I wrestled for my highschool a couple of us used to use plastics to drop weight to get into weight groups. All it is is water weight you lose. Lots of it.... Makes you feel weak as hell too... IP: Logged |

Well at least you get to your weight class, and also all the competitors are doing it so they have no better of an advantage over you anyway. So I think it all levels out in the end, so I dont think it matters whether you lose the water weight or not when it comes to wrestling. IP: Logged |

Yep, but those plastic suits are now banned by all atheletic organizations after several wrestlers died from heat stroke in them. IP: Logged |

i wouldn't bother with the suit. martin lawrence was wearing one of those to lose weight for a movie and almost died. he was running with it on though. also, the thermogenic effect of clen is from your inner body temperature rising not your outer body temp. IP: Logged |

i wore those suits for wrestling too, its easy to figure out your using your body heat to make you sweat so how would it burn up fat? during wrestling season which is on the winter i opened up my window and turned on the fan. you will burn fat this way because your body is using energy to keep you warm. just take vitamin C so that way you don't get sick.
