I think they understood, but you still need to see a doctor before working out if you have back problems. After you have been to a doctor you could try; Hyperextions would be best for your lower back. But really go to the doctor before you fuck your back up for good. I wouldn't take any roids until you have the strength in your back to perform the complex moves like squats, dead lift, and cleans etc...So what is your first language? start with HYPEREXTENTIONS lightly twice a week, then when the muscles hardened up a bit add some weight to the exercise and do them once a week. After about two months of training your lower back muscles, try the good-morning exercise. If you have back problems, try seeing a chiropractor. They can do miracles with their adjustments sometimes. The rest of the bros are right in recommending hyperextensions. If it's imbalance in muscles, your back can probably be fixed by exercise. But if it's your bone structure, a doctor is the best solution. To get 'hard', I suggest using something like equipoise. It'll harden you up and you'll get fantastic pumps when you train. AY IP: Logged |

As for hardening drugs, Eq, Deca, primo, winny and parabolan are all good. As for strengthening your lower back, hyperextensions and stiff legged deadlifts are good. IP: Logged |

ok i know theres a language barrier here and i understand where he is coming from. when you say "straighten up my back ", do you mean you want a stronger back, or that your back is sort of crooked. if you want a stronger back do pull ups up the ass. if you want to straighten your back(I think thats how you spell it) go see a doctor or chiropractor, might be a posture problem or something... ------------------ "The race is long and hard... and in the end, it's only with yourself." I am going to act as if this is a real post and try to answer it.... if your back is bent like the bell ringer (Hunchback of NotreDame) then you upper back is rounded forward. Hyperextensions are not the answer as they strengthen the extensors of the LOWER back - the erector spinae. The muscles of the upper back need to be strengthened to prevent rounding forward of the shoulder blades and upper thoracic vertebrae. This will include the serratus posterior inferior, the rhomboids, and the lower third of the trapezius (as the traps are devided into thirds). These will adduct the shoulder blades and pull them back and down. Also believe it or not we are also looking at the posterior (rear) muscles of the neck. When the neck gets weak it allows the head to extend/droop/hang forward which pulls the upper back forward. It would be like taping a 10 LB weight to your forehead. In fact this is an exercise some Chiropractors do to correct this anterior (forward) head lean. The have a head harness that attaches a weight to the forehead, the body tries to pull the head back, and it ends up strengthening the correct muscles so that after a few weeks the head is carried in a more upright position. Avoid neck bridges like wrestlers do as it can really dmamge the neck if you are not really prepared. You can also put a ball against the wall and press your head backwards into it - the ball should be soft like a kickball and not hard. Rows could be good. Seated long pulls trying to keep your elbows close to the body with a slight hyperextension movement of the spine will help. Also it may not be a matter of muscle weakness but OVERLY TIGHT muscles. If your pectoral (chest) muscles are too tight it will pull your scapulae (shoulder blades) forward and round the upper back like the hunch back. This is real common with male gymnasts - really strong and fit but they are really rounded as they have overly developed pecs quite often. Stretching the pecs out helps allow the back and shoulder blades return to a more healthy curve. I hope this helps you out Quasimodo IP: Logged |

One other thought - the problem of rounded shoulders or hunched back can start low. Its what I call the leaning tower of Pizza syndrome - everyone look at the top of the leaning tower of Pizza but the top is only off kilter because of the weak foundation. With rounded shoulders some of the foundational problems that are frequently seen are : dropped arches - the feet roll in. In normal stance the weight is distributed primarily along the outside of the foot - in this case frequently the weight is along the inside of the foot. Also the pelvis will tend to push forward. Also the legs tend to bow backwards, or the the people stand with their knees locked if not hyperextended. One easy answer that sometimes works is arch supports, orthotics or shoes that correct for pronation (the foot rolling in). Ask a expert sports shoe salesman - he can tell you which brands correct for over pronation. IP: Logged |
