SO, can you import as much Metformin, Lasix, Arimidex, or Retin-A as you want and not have to worry about it getting seized at US Customs? IP: Logged |

yes, but by law you must possess a prescription for those medicines. More than likely you would be ok even if they were discovered due to the nature of the medicines you stated. IP: Logged |

I can vouch that the laws that alow a 90 day supply are only valid if you have a prescription(US). Its up to the customs agent whether to let it thru or not. Most times they will just throw it away sometimes they dont care and let it pass. You take your chances. Also they have recently passed some law that alows you to take 50 "units" of medication via a land border without a prescription if I'm not mistaken. Only problem is that as soon as your on US soil, your breaking sevral laws and are fucked if they want you. You cant have the cake and eat it too. IP: Logged |
