Much of the time I work for strength and size but sometimes I like to break my own records on max bench,squat, and deadlift. Of course when were juicin' we increase a lot real quick like so would it be more dangerous to max out while on gear than when off cycle or is there no increase/decrease of risk.

The risk would probably increase a little when you come off, especially when you start to lose some water. The water retention usually allows you to lift a little heavier due to increased leverage. I usually don't go below 4 reps on most exercises. I will max out maybe once, towards the end of my cycle. I wouldn't do it all once I am off. It's better to be safe than sorry.
