![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would try it at high divided doses because it really couldn't hurt. It could mean the difference between 1st and 2nd. I don't know how you prep for a show, but I would train as heavy as possible all the way up. Tried it recently and it helped keep some density. Good luck and get off the comp and practice those poses! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It's claimed to be good in times of stress; Like harsh dieting, working out. Can't hurt you, your gut will absrb. most of it.Take 2 teaspoons a day e.g. one in the morning after cardio and one at night. Again it's claimed to work it's magic at night?, so maybee even one and a half teaspoons may be good at night time? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you have enough time before the show I'd try a test first, it causes some people to retain water similiar to creatine. Try it ahead of time so you don't puff up at the last minute. Personally I love the stuff!! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There is lots of glutamine in cottage cheese. That is one of best dieting foods and chicken breasts.... But it's just an amino acid...not Clen or anything... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Could glutamin be absorbed sub-lingually? (under the tounge). I have done this with tyrosine and it does seem to get to the blood stream quickly bypassing the gut, which is known to eat glutamin like a bitch. IP: Logged |
