O.K. I'm a bit confused. We have guys on here that say you either cut or you bulk. Whenever a guy says he wants to gain some mass and also cut up, there are many replies to the tune of you have to do one or the other, that you can't do both. There have also been posts that say in order to keep from losing muscle, take 50mg winny eod. Now most "cutting" cycles consist of much higher dosages than 50mg winny eod. So I figure that the object to these cycles must be to put on some mass as well as lose fat. Now I agree that perhaps a 5 or 10 lb gain may not exactly constitute bulking but that's just semantics. Sure it may not be cost effective and you could put on much more weight if you were a glutton, but summer is almost here and I want a hard body. I've never done a cutting cycle so someone please set me straight!

cutting cycle is a type of cycle which requires a stack with less water retention and better lean gains as for a bulking cycle water retention really doesn't matter increased size is what one is looking for.
