I know this belongs on the Powerlifting board, and I posted it there too, but there is almost no activity there ever.

Does anyone have (or know where on the net I can find) powerlifting schedules for a beginner powerlifter? Been lifting for a long time, but want to put on size (thought powerlifting would help). Need something where I can put in my maximums and it tells me how many sets, reps, and weight to do each day. Your help is greatly appreciated.

in the new musclemag, july2000 there is a chart in the article about "power matrix system" it works. it has all sets, how much weight to use, and how many reps. it can used for benching, squats, and deadlifts. look into it.

Hey Grip, I think he's looking for one of those "plug and play" workout schedules, not the schedule for actual events.

In that case, goto westsidebarbell.com
Louie Simmons and his boys can't be beat for powerlifting routines.
