Have heard legalon is used 3 tyimes a dat at 1/2 to 1 tab each time to protect the liver. Suposedly it is effective but not sure if anyone has experience with it. IP: Logged |

Legalon is nothing less or more than marien distel aka. Milk Thistle, Silybum, Silymarin In fact, in Germany it costs more than the cost of the same potency and ingredients available in the USA. I currently use the combination Silybum/Silymarin product from http://lef.org IP: Logged |
