It has been a long while since I used a/s. Just a quick question do you veterans get better results training body parts 2 a week or 1 a week while on the juice?

You can workout every day when on bro,once or twice a week? I train 6 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour, usually more, eat like hell! Then drink shit loads of water, and sleep at least 8 hours a day...Read up!

I think he means the same bodypart once or twice per week. I train the same way off as I do on but usually increase the sets while on. I try to train each bodypart every 5 or 6 days.
