![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can workout every day when on bro,once or twice a week? I train 6 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour, usually more, eat like hell! Then drink shit loads of water, and sleep at least 8 hours a day...Read up! IP: Logged |
