Ok Guys, some thoughts here on Training while on, and training while off (perhaps to lose a little flab gained.)

While on and again while off.
How Many Sets per body part ?
Body Parts per week ?
Workout Sessions per week ?
1RM% and rep numbers ?
To Failure ?
Lots of Negatives and Super Sets ?

Consider
Type of Gear - Test. or analogues
Recovery Time
