whats going on bros? I need to change up my routine a bit. I usually train mon (chest back) wed (Legs) and Fri (arms). I've made some pretty good gains but i'm getting sort of bored with it. My main goal is to gain more size i eat good consume enough protein, i just wanted some input on routines that will help me grow. thanks
